History
Julie's family is not wealthy but Julie herself has proven to be quite resourceful. Despite her families poverty, Julie managed to join several extracuricular clubs and excel. She is always busy doing assignments for the school newspaper, surfing, skateboarding, working with horses, or any of a long list of hobbies. She is a very restless spirit and hates to sit still.
During an assignment for the school newspaper, she was hit with a strange energy. This energy gave her power that so perfectly fit her personality. She no longer has to go to the ocean to surf. She can hop on her board anywhere and surf on winds that she directs. She enjoys her power more than any of her Omniteam teammates but she doesn't know if she wants a career as a crime fighter.
Powers and Abilities
Powers
She has power to redirect energy around her. She cannot generate energy but almost any energy source near her, she can curve around her body and direct it wherever she wants it to go. This means she can gather up nearby light breezes and turn them into a blast of wind. She can also redirect the energy of flying bullets so they zoom around her and then back at whoever fired the bullets at her. She has enough control to use this energy to make objects dance like puppets under her control but she does lack precision and there are limits on how much energy she can direct. Her range of control is such that typically she can move objects as small as coins or as big as cars and any size in between.

She also frequently takes a skateboard or a surfboard into battle. She's been known to wear rollerblades into battle. She even designed a unique board for wind surfing.
