History
tobuu is the creater and the ruler of the subory universe, and is the embodiment of it. He also seemed to create from himself and can control everythig in it. But he also seemed to be born in the universe of earth 616,but did not like it or how it was turning out so he created subory and thought it was purfect. He has only interfired with his original universe a handful of times, such as when abraxes came into existence and he felt that his universe and him were in danger. It is not known what he did in these events.he also interfered when thanos obtained the heart of the universe and felt that his universe was in grave danger but failed in his attept to save his universe.
When his universe and the rest was restored he did not have any memory of what happened. The biggest interference he did was when he tried to invade the other universe,but failed.

Powers
In his universe Tobuu has omnipotent power and can not be deafeated. But when he is out of sobory he has incalcuable stength and durability. He usaly does not run and tends to just teleport him and a limitless amounts of other`s any place he want`s. He also can project limitless amounts of energy at nearly omnipotent levels of power. He can also cange energy into mater and matter into energy. He can make objects out of thin are such as energy swords, chains, boms, and even living objects. With those powers he can also bring beings back to life. He can also change his size and weight. He also can read others mind`s, sence other`s, project things into others minds, and to a certain amount control others minds (mind control). He also has the ability to move crush and strech objects with his mind.

Tobuu is a incredibly skilled at making complicated plans that are highly accurate. He is also as smart as mr. fantastic and doctor doom. he is also a incredibly skilled fighter.
