Rocket Raccoon was once a normal Earthling raccoon until he was abducted and experimented on by the Kree. He escaped and stole some advanced Kree weaponry, using it to blow up the Kree science lab he was being held in. He traveled throughout the universe, trying to get back to his home planet. Along the way back to Earth, he made several enemies. When he arrived on Earth, he was attacked by Deathlok, an alien cyborg hired by the Kree. The New Avengers saved him, and he ended up joining the team.
Powers & Abilities[]
- Human Intelligence - After being experimented on by the Kree, Rocket Raccoon gained the intelligence of an average Earthling human.
- Weapons Expert - Using his new human intelligence, Rocket Racoon trained himself with several weapons, both from Earth and from the Kree.
