Justin Abigail (Earth-616)

Justin Abigail was born in the opal mining town of Perth. He was born a mutant and grew sharp teeth, scaly patches of skin and had a retractable tail. As he grew up he developed an obsession with opals (much like another Australian superhero, Sparky) and became a petty thief. With the help of his friends he was eventually able to get over his habit of thievery.

Superhero

Justin eventually became a scientist due to his remarkably high intelligence. However in his spare time he was the costumed vigilante known as Croc. He dressed up in a bulletproof costumed that was designed to look like a crocodile. The suit was made up of dragon skin designed to look like scales. The suit also had claws and Justin was able to see through the "mouth" of the crocodile, which was filled with real crocodile teeth. When World War III began, the government tracked Croc down and offered him a position on the newly formed team, the Hero Defense League of Australia. Croc was reluctant at first but the Government eventually persuaded him to join.

Solar absorption: The warmer it is the faster and stronger Croc becomes. However the reverse is also true: Croc become slower and weaker when it is cold and will die if exposed to certain temperatures.
