Spider-Man is now famous to the world, and a walking target to the mafia. Miles Warren is dead set on killing him, Hammerhead will do anything to get some DNA to make an army of super-soldiers, and Harry is depressed

about his fathers mysterious death. He discovers his fathers secret identity was the Green Goblin... and takes up the mantle to kill Spider-Man. Miles Warren and Hammerhead are impressed by his skills and hire him to get some of Spideys blood, so they can use it to create a clone.

Venom sneak-attacking Peter
An alien symbiote lands on Earth, and at night bonds to Peter Parker, to feed off his anger and hatred (because of Gwen Stacy's death), and he likes it, but realizes its turning him evil. He tears it off on top of the church, and it lands on Eddie Brock, who hates Peter for just forgetting Gwen's death and moving straight on to MJ (Eddie has always secretly loved Gwen), and turns Eddie into the ferocious Venom! Meanwhile, Dr. Connors is trying to come up with a formula to bring back his lost limb, wich
was cut off by Hobgoblin, but is transformed into a terrible beast called... The Lizard!
