History
Felicia was the daughter born to the parents of Walter and Lydia Hardy in New York City. It was a family of pretty high standing since her father made a good profit as a notorious thief known as The Cat who was hunted ferociously by the law. Her mother died when she was young and the nature of her father's profession he would leave home for long periods of time. She grew up knowing and being close to her cousin Gwen Stacy. Eventually the heat went high on the Cat, forcing him to flee the country. Realizing that a life on the run would not be the life his daughter should live he left her to live with the Stacy's. Hoping that a life there, including living with a policeman as a father, would help give her the best chance at a successful, happy, and stable life.
